Electrical Panel

Electrical panel is a device that used in an electrical network system to distribute power and protect the network if there is any work failure, such as overload, short circuit, excessive heat, etc. Many types of electrical panels are commonly used in network systems, such as distribution panels, capacitor panel, atomization panel, switch panel, etc.

The materials used in a panel also consist of various types and functions.

Types of MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker)
Types of MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker)

The main function of a breaker or disconecter above is as a current limiter for AC/DC. So when the current flows exceeds the maximum value limit, the breaker will go down and the connection will be broken. The number of poles on various breaker starting from 1P, 2P, 3P, 4P and the unit values used are Ampere and Volt.

Types of Analog and Digital Meters

In an electrical system, measurement parameters are always needed. It used to monitor the value of each parameter to avoid limits and to record all forms of events and errors when it performed. There are various kind of measurement instruments, such as Volt meters, Ampere meters, Power meters, Temperature meters, etc. Everything will be installed according to the requirements in the application. One type of material on the panel is a fuse that funcioned to cut off the connection line if the current flow exceeds the maximum value.

Types of Fuse and Their Shapes

The advantage of a fuse compared to a breaker is a higher speed in breaking the circuit, but if the fuse has been cut, it must be replaced with a new one. This is different from the breaker which simply needs to be put back without being replaced.
